BANGUMI CHARACTER
Phillips
Phillips, voiced by Bobby Moynihan, is one of the monsters the Minions encounter on their journey, frozen in an iceberg with Howard. Somewhere between a fish and a shark, Phillips might let cover slip if not for Goomi’s winks.
